Flora of Kagamino Park (鏡野公園) at Kochi University of Technology Kami Campus, Kochi Prefecture, Japan

Kagamino Park is a small urban park near the Kochi University of Technology. I don't expect that any of the flora and fauna in this park are rare or unusual for the area but I think this (partially) illustrated list will be helpful at identifying some common flora (presented here) and fauna (in another blog post) in Kochi Prefecture with a good representation of potentially 'weedy' species in the area as well as desired cultivars. Keep in mind that this list is NOT complete and will continue to be updated. This list was created for fun and plants were not ID'd under heavy scrutiny or checked by local biologists.
