Jamaican Recipes

Chicken or crab curry

Chop up and fry in a pot with some butter or oil:
Garlic
Onions
Scotch bonnet peppers
Scalions (or green onions)

Add:
Chicken (that is pre-cooked)
Carrots
Any other veggies you want
'Easy spice'
1 cup water

Cook in a pot for about 15 minutes. Serve with rice cooked with beans/ peas and carrots. The same method can be used to make king crab curry. 

Jamaican Greens
 Chop up and fry in a pot with some butter or oil:
Garlic
Onions
Scotch bonnet peppers
Scalions
Thyme

Add:
Bok choi
Spinach
Cabbage
'Easy spice'
1 cup water

Boil the majority of water out. Greens should be soft.
